I'd like to monitor and control Historical Data Viewer(MAX) with
remote panel. I tried and I was able to monitor and control Historical
Trend Viewer. When I try this with Call HDV.vi I'm able to run this VI
from a remote panel, but when Historical Data Viewer opens it's
visible only on server computer not on a remote computer. So is it
possible to do this at all?

No it is not possible to use the MAX as a remote panel. You should
build a VI that uses the Historical Trend Controls and using LabVIEW
and the HMI wizard build a VI Historical Data Viewer and this you can
use with remote panels.

An other option could be to install MAX on the client en directly
connect to the Citadel database on the Server over the network.

The Call HDV.vi does launch MAX on the server but not on the client
because this is an external application, the same is true for Windows
dialogs and functions like System Exec.
